How long do the curls last?

Typically 2-3 days with proper care. Many customers report even longer!
For best results, avoid brushing and use light hairspray if needed.

Will it work on my hair type?

Yes! All Curlyna product works on all hair types straight, wavy, curly, and coily.
Suitable for fine, medium, and thick hair. Damper hair creates tighter curls, drier hair creates looser waves.

Is it comfortable to sleep in?

Yes! Our soft satin design is made for overnight comfort. Most customers
forget they're wearing it. May take 1-2 nights to adjust if you're ne to sleeping with hair accessories.

How do I clean my Heatless curl ?

Hand wash with cold water and mild soap, then air dry flat. Clean every 1-2 weeks. Do not machine wash, bleach, or iron.

How long does shipping take?

Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days
Express Shipping: 2-3 business days
Orders processed within 24 hours (Monday-Friday).

Do you offer free shipping ?

Yes! FREE standard shipping on all orders over €50 across Europe.

Can I track my order ?

Absolutely! You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order ships. Use it to track your package in real-time.

My order hasn't arrived. What should I do?

Check your tracking link first. If tracking hasn't updated for several days or delivery is overdue, contact us at contact@curlyna.com and we'll
investigate immediately.

The tracking says delivered but I didn't receive it.

Check with neighbors, your building concierge, or mailbox packages are
sometimes left in safe places. If still missing after 24 hours, contact us at contact@curlyna.com.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), PayPal, Discover, JCB, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. All payments are SSL encrypted and secure.

Is my payment information safe ?

Can I use multiple discount codes ?

Only one discount code can be applied per order. The code with the
highest value will automatically be applied.

What is your return policy?

30 day money-back guarantee! Return unused products in original packaging
within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. No questions asked.

How do I return an item?

Email contact@curlyna.com with your order number. We'll send return instructions and a return label. Pack securely and drop off at your nearest post office.

Who pays for return shipping?

Customer pays return shipping costs, except for our errors or defective products. We recommend using tracked shipping.

How long until I receive my refund?

Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect your return. Allow an additional 5-10 days for it to appear in your account.
